My 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Rawdin! She always found ways to make learning fun and hands-on and she really fostered my love for reading. She was my inspiration to become a teacher!
What do I love about Epiphany?
Epiphany gives students a space to truly be themselves. I love that the first time I walked through the classrooms, I knew that Epiphany was a safe and comfortable space for neurodivergent brains.
How does teaching and working with children inspire me?
Being a teacher has given me the opportunity to learn as much from my students as I hope they learned from me. I love getting to know my students and creating a classroom environment that reflects each and every one of us- a space where they feel seen, valued, confident, capable, supported, and loved!
