“Serving as a board member for The Epiphany School of Charlotte is a small way I can give back to a place that changed my family’s life. We found Epiphany at a time when the public school system was failing our son. He was an above-average student but struggled every day with social emotional communication. Epiphany provided crucial social and emotional strategies he needed. Through daily Friends and Feelings to classes, he learned to read social cues, regulate his emotions, and understand what behaviors were expected in different social and classroom situations. I hope that Epiphany continues to grow and thrive so it can be a safe harbor for other families.”
Beth Ann is a HR Leader at Trane Technologies. She is passionate about driving organizational success through the development and empowerment of operations talent. Over the course of her 30-year career, Beth Ann has led a wide range of complex global and regional strategies and programs.
Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in education from the College of Saint Benedict and Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which equipped her the skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Beth and her husband Jason reside in Davidson NC with their two boys Joshua (former Epiphany student) and Brady.
