Beth A. Wehrer is the director of Global Compensation for Trane Technologies, a global climate innovator. In her Total Rewards leadership role, Beth oversees and implements compensation and benefit programs that support business strategies and results across Trane Technologies. Over the course of her 25-year career, Beth has led a wide range of complex global and regional compensation strategies and programs, In addition to Total Rewards expertise, Beth has a background in customer service, operational excellence, business process improvement and process design, and she is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn.
Beth and her husband Jason reside in Harrisburg NC with their two boys Joshua (former Epiphany student) and Brady.
