We found Epiphany at a time when the public school system was failing our son. He was an above-average student but struggled every day with social emotional communication. Through daily Friends and Feelings to classes, he learned to read social cues, regulate his emotions, and understand what behaviors were expected in different social and classroom situations. Beth A. Wehrer is the director of Global Compensation for Trane Technologies, a global climate innovator. In her Total Rewards leadership role, Beth oversees and implements compensation and benefit programs that support business strategies and results across Trane Technologies. Over the course of her 25-year career, Beth has led a wide range of complex global and regional compensation strategies and programs, In addition to Total Rewards expertise, Beth has a background in customer service, operational excellence, business process improvement and process design, and she is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn.
Beth and her husband Jason reside in Harrisburg NC with their two boys Joshua (former Epiphany student) and Brady.
